The Joria Productions
Mainstage Theater is a 900 square foot, 65 seat full time theater. It is equipped with lighting and
grid, sound system, curtains, dressing rooms, piano, separate rest room for performers. Ceiling/Grid height is 11’.
Seating is on risers in movable sections, the stage is floor level. The floor is a sprung parquet surface.
The Red Door Cabaret and Stand-Up Theater is a 650 square foot showcase theater, Cabaret Style, with
seating for 35 to 50. The stage is raised and audience can be at tables. The ceilings are 11' feet high. It
is equipped with lighting, sound, and curtains; there is also a piano in the space.

Curtains
- There are enough "Blacks" to surround the space. (Mainstage)
Dressing Rooms
- There are 2 dressing rooms on the upstage wall of the Mainstage with access
to a rest room separate of the audience rest rooms.
Pianos
- The use of one of our "house"
pianos, (These are a Baldwin’s).
Support Staff
One staff member from Joria Productions will be on duty during your performance rental
to as a liason to facilitate your activities. It is the producers responsibility to provide Directors, Choreographers, Musical
Directors/Accompanists, Lighting designers, Set designers, Stage Managers, Tech Directors, Electricians, Box Office, House
Managers, Etc. Joria Productions maintains a list of support staff candidates which we will share with producers on request.
Fees for Production, Creative and Technical support services must be negotiated with candidates on a case by case basis.

Insurance
Joria Productions’ maintains 2 million dollars of venue insurance
on its complex. This is Premises/General Public Liability Insurance Any other insurance
such as "Workers Comp" etc. is the responsibility of the producer.
Prices for the Theater
Joria Productions Mainstage Theater
can be rented on a weekly, daily, or per-performance basis.
Weekly 'move-in' rate is $3000.00
Daily ‘move-in’ rate is $500.00
Per performance rate is $250.00
This would be a four, (4) hour booking (generally 6:00 to 10:00 or 7:00 to 11:00.). Overtime
will be charged at $75.00 per hour for each hour or part of an hour after your booking time.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking, deposits
are non-refundable
The Red Door Cabaret can be rented on a per performance
basis, as above this would be a 4 hour block (6 to 10, 7 to 11, or with special application8 to 12). The rate for this space
is $175.00 for the 4-hour block. Overtime will be charged at $75.00 per hour for each hour or part of an hour after your booking
time.
All rates include the use of all lighting equipment assigned to the room, curtains, sound systems, and
pianos.
Prices for Staged Readings or ‘Table Reads’ with invited audiences

Up to 10 people invited - Charged at rehearsal rate of $29.00 per hour
10 – 30 people invited - $165.00 for a 4 hour block

The above Rates for Staged Readings/Table Reads DO NOT include use of lighting or
